STALL ...
The market commences at 06:00 each Sunday morning and
concludes at 13:00. Stall holders are encouraged to be present before 06:00 as it
can be difficult to move a vehicle through the market after this time. In
popular periods of the year, late arrivals may find sites more difficult to
obtain.
Sites are obtained on a first-come-first-served physical
occupancy basis.
It is not possible to pre-book or otherwise reserve a particular site at the market.
Fees for stall holders will be collected by Rotary Club
members from 07:30.
Should you not be able to pay your fee at this time, you are required to leave
the market.
Upon conclusion of your stall or the market, you are
personally responsible to clean your stall site/s. If you fail to clean your
site/s, you may be refused permission to have a future site/s at the market.
The club does not waive site fees under any circumstances.
Nor does the club offer a “rain cheque” or credit for a future market. If you
are concerned that poor weather conditions will discourage customers from
attending the market, your choice is to either leave the market before 07:30 or
pay the site fee.
