trash & treasure - banned items ...   The market operates on ACT Government land, albeit a carpark.  The Rotary Club of Belconnen has a Lease with the ACT Government for the hours of operation of the market.  This Lease also stipulates what articles MAY NOT be sold at the market.  This is an ACT Government stipulation. banned items:   FOOD and DRINK: >   Alcohol  (any item with an alcoholic content) >   Baked Products  (including Cakes and Biscuits) >   Confectionery >   Dairy Products  (including Cheese, Cream, Milk, and so forth) >   Delicatessen Items >   Eggs >   Fish and Related Products  (eg: prawns, crabs, etc) >   Foods Cooked at the Market  ("Hawkers" with a valid ACT Licence may operate outside the Market boundary) >   Fruit and Vegetables ... UNLESS, home grown  (a statement is requested to this effect) >   Ice Cream and Related Products >   Meats >   Processed Foods >   Shelled Nuts >   Soft Drinks   ANIMALS: >   Cats >   Dogs >   Rabbits ...
