VOCATIONAL ... PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP AWARDS
The "Pride of Workmanship" program is a Rotary Voational
Service Project.
The Pride of Workmanship Program provides an opportunity for members of the public to provide recognition to an individual or business
worthy of recognition.
It also enables managers in our society to help employees achieve the
goal of job satisfaction, and publicly recognize them for their efforts.
Successful nominees for a Pride of Workmanship Award are
presented with an engraved plaque in recognition of their achievements.
The Rotary Club of Belconnen is pleased to be involved in
this program.
Each year, the club presents at least one Pride of
Workmanship Award to either an individual or business, generally in the Greater
Belconnen Region.
The club is presently seeking nominations for awards to be
presented in October 2009.
Nomination forms are available in either
Word or
PDF and
need to be received by Friday, 18th September 2009 to enable due consideration
of the application and necessary follow-up actions.
